Where is my order?

We send you an email of dispatch of your order. In case you wish to track your order in transit, please select Tracked delivery service at checkout. (Please note this will be at an additional cost)

What are the dimensions of the product?

We offer 3 size options: A3 is 40cm x 30cm, A2 is 60cm x 40cm, A1 is 80cm x 60cm.

Can I change the details on my map after it is ordered?

We give you an hour to make any changes regarding message or names, any spelling mistake, dates or delivery address. Once your order is in production, we won't be able to make any changes to the sky map. You can however order a re-print at an additional cost.

When will my order arrive?

We provide free shipping with all our orders and use 1st class Royal Mail service which takes 1-3 days based on your location. If you would like your order to arrive sooner please select a faster delivery service option at an additional cost. If you need this gift urgently, then you can add email copy to your order at checkout. This is perfect for last minute gift.

How do I pay?

We accept all typical credit and debit cards via PayPal - you do not need to open an account. To pay using your credit or debit card, proceed to pay via PayPal. Once you see the login screen, you will be able to scroll down the page and input your card details directly which will avoids any need to have a PayPal account.
